Our people

Bravus’ workforce is the foundation of our success and we are dedicated to providing opportunities for regional Queenslanders. Our Bowen Rail Company, NQXT and Abbot Point Operations (APO) companies are based in the Whitsundays while Bravus Mining & Resources has its regional headquarters in Townsville, and Rugby Run Solar Farm is located near Moranbah.

We value our people and support and encourage the development of our skilled workforce to deliver and grow our operations in Australia. From the Bowen Rail Company’s work to upskill local workers to enter the rail sector to support for apprentices to kick-start their careers, Bravus Australia is dedicated to investing in people.

At Bravus Australia we are committed to building a diverse, inclusive and engaged workforce with employees empowered and challenged to live our values and contribute to our performance and the wellbeing of our community.

The safety of our workforce is our priority and Bravus Australia provides and maintains the highest health and safety standards for all of its workers and builds a strong safety culture into its businesses.
